Well it's thursday the 13th of October. Ohhhhhhhh.But were almost there. I'm working my web guy to death but it's really getting done.

I am soooo looking forward to getting my site off the ground. My dream come true! And it couldn't be happening at a better time either. My publisher is being a total ass. I found a major mistake in the printing of my latest book and even though they're going to fix it he did threaten me with forcing me to pay for THEIR mistake. OMG how pathetic. I vow to all of you NOT to be a publisher like the many I've dealt with. I will return your calls and emails pronto. I won't force or try to force you to pay for MY mistakes.

Pssst! I think they all drink from the same koolaid pitcher caus almost all sound alike. I hope it's not an industry thing. "Be a publisher 101. Don't return calls and emails. Blame others for my mistakes. Quote 3 weeks and take 9 months. Promise, promise promise...Don't deliver, don't deliver, don't deliver". Well. Eventually deliver a small percentage of the promises. HEHEHE.

Today I'm emailing other authors having fun. Have a headache also. Hmmmm. Not enough sex maybe. Ponders that for a bit.... Remembers that she's has an appointment with her photographer tonight for ... "stuff" ... Smiles. Goes back to emailing.....

I promise all of you authors out there we're in this together. You have my personal cell number. I answer my phone and will always be there for the authors instead of faking it like.... some publishers I know. Oh, and any suggestions to improve our joint experience is appreciated.

As for being an author, I have always dreamed of writing books, the idea of having someone else get lost in one of my fantasies is a feeling that words cannot describe. I heard once that the secret to life is a good cup of coffee, but I have to disagree. The secret to life a good glass of wine and a great Romance novel. ... Well, uhm. A convenient photographer helps too. *winks*

Well, I'm here curled up sipping my wine and emailing people. My 'lessor half' went to the bar. I see my date with my photographer being put on hold now because of this. Sighs. Well, At least I can fantasize about what he'll do to me next when we get together tomorrow night! Ohhhhhh, I see an idea for a new book. ;)
